Soak your sugar cubes in some Absinth for a second or two and place individually on a teaspoon (one spoon per person). Pour a measure of Absinth into your glass and top with a couple of drops of melon liqueur. Light the sugar cubes as soon as it begins to caramelise stir it into the drink.
